ncoAnswer If the computer your wishing to register the NCO Leaders Book (Version 5.0) on does not have Internet access but you do have access to email. You can just write down and email us the required install Code shown Here, this is needed inorder to create your Registration Code.
ncoQuestion: I have installed and registered the software on my home computer, but when I install the software on my computer at work in says that the software in unregistered and says the Registration Code I'm using is incorrect. Why is this? Do I have to purchase it again for use on my computer at work?

ncoAnswer: NO, Registered users can obtain a registration code for there computers at work without repurchasing. However the software will still have to be registered on the computer it’s used on. The reason for this is that the software uses the Computers Serial Number from the Hard Drive as a factor for creating your registration Key, hard drive serial numbers are all different therefore preventing the registered software from being given to others.
